I would consult a local arms dealer, unless you happen to have an FFL, in which case I would look in the Shotgun News or Gun List. I would suggest sobering up first.

If you want a full auto you need a Class III license.. which isnt worth it.

Regardless of what you buy you'll need some form of license.
