Does anyone know what each wire is for off the rb20 A/C compressor?

There is only one wire you need... the one coming from the clutch itself. The other plug is for a pressure switch, which is unneccesary (redundant) in a 240SX.

Yes, connect it to your original A/C clutch plug (which is routed through the A/C clutch relay).
