If there are aftermarket parts that'll fit the 07 Altima Sedan 3.5 that aren't specifically made for the Altima? I heard that you can use aftermarket [parts made for the 06 Maxima and possibly the Infiniti M45 since they share body frame similarities?.. I'd like to know if this is possible cause it's a real drag having to wait for any decent modifications to come out xD
