There is a plug on the bottom of the engine block on the drivers side near the motor mount. Does anyone know what this plug is for? I was wondering if it would be useful for my oil lines I need to run for my turbo setup. Does anyone know if I can run my oil return line for my turbo to my dipstick hole? For my turbo oil lines I am thinking of going with a 1/4"inlet, and a 1/2" for the outlet. How would this work out?

That plug is a to drain the coolant out of your block so don't do it!!! Also, you can't use the dipstick for a drain cuz it's wayyyy too small!!!! Drop the pan dude and do it right:)

Yeh make sure you use a nice sized return line straight to the oil pan. It's not hard to have a flange welded on. Besides, if you don't you'll get too much pressure and blow the seals out in your turbo. Not worth it for something so minor as a good return line.
