We have been trying to contact a customer in South Carolina. He may or may not be a Nico member.
Here is his info:
Josh Harris
208 Hosteller Ln
Lot 58
Greenville SC 29605
1-864-569-8681
[email protected]

The reason we are trying to contact him is because we shipped him an incorrect driveshaft. Once it was discovered that we shipped him the wrong shaft, we shipped the correct shaft. Josh Harris received the correct shaft on May 6, 2011. We also sent Josh Harris a prepaid UPS Return Label so he could return the incorrect shaft to us. Needless to say we have not received our driveshaft and have been unsuccessful in our attempts to contact Josh Harris. He does not answer his phone nor does he return emails. As of right now Josh Harris has possesion of one of our driveshafts that he has not paid for and will not return. The driveshaft in question is a single piece "steel" driveshaft for an S14, w/RB25 and Non-ABS. If any members know Josh or perhaps see our missing driveshaft for sale somewhere we would appreciate a "heads-up".
Thanks,
Shaftmasters Inc.

I'll forward this up to the admins as well. Hopefully one of our SC members knows him. Also try to lurk some local boards for the state/area if you can

Seems like I've heard the name, but it is a bit common. Did not see that email/name used on the local boards.

Let's keep an eye peeled for someone selling a new driveshaft.

Not cool.

Can't an admin cross-reference his email to an account on here?

I would mail him an invoice for the first driveshaft. Give him 10 day payment terms and tell him you'll send his account to collections if he doesn't pay for or return the original.

Wouldn't you assume it's been attempted?

Shaftmasters already has his contact info, he's just not returning emails/phone calls... besides, we don't know if he's a member here. We'd need his username AFAIK.

Same individual.

Your address is somewhat incorrect, by the way. The one you have listed is a community center where packages are accepted on behalf of the residents, hence the 'Lot 58' trailing the address. The White Pages listing linked above is his physical address. Try calling his neighbors, especially the body shop that is across the ten foot street from his house.

His date of birth, race, and sex are all truncated from the court listing above which is not done so for all other records on their website. This means that he is a minor and, by law, the county cannot release certain personal safety or he has filed an expungement. I believe his e-mail address indicates his true birth year (1992), so he is no older than 19 years of age. Just getting into a life of crime...

^ Exactly what I was thinking.

I'm sure he won't be too happy with paying for another drive shaft.

But this only works if he paid with a credit card. He probably paid with PayPal....

Yeah, I'd send his sorry tail to collections as well. Let him know how the system works. He may be new to the game, probably still lives at home with mommy and daddy, and doesn't know what kind of mess he can get himself into.

David, keep up the great work you do. Sorry one of your customers took advantage of what a great guy you are.
