No, you will not see significant power gains by changing just the muffler itself. You would need to change the entire exhaust system to make it worth your time and even then the horsepower gains would be minimal at best.

You might... might... see a small improvement at high RPM's... but any gain there, will most likely result in reduced pwoer at lower RPM's... where you actually use the car most of the time.

Of course changing the muffler will make it louder, which will could make it feel faster.

You'll definitely sound and feel like you have more acceleration, but you really won't have anything. If you want you see improvements, you'll have to work from the head to toe. An intake will help pull the air in more freely, while a turbo will force the air in. To get the air out heads, cats, pipes, resonators, and mufflers designed to get air out quickly will help a ton. Changing out one part normally gives you a very small increase since you haven't resolved your bottleneck.

Technically, yes, but it's SO SMALL you won't even really notice anything. It won't be worth it performance wise, but cosmetically and sound speaking, it will add like a million horses to the wheels LOL

If you're doing it for looks and sound, go ahead, but if for performance, you're gonna have to AT LEAST do an Axle back to gain anything at all.

The Versa is kindah cocky, peppy, or whatever, but it's not highpowered or forced-induction (turbo/supercharger) so you won't get much gains without replacing entire or near entire systems on the car.
