does anyone know how to see if the regulator is working?

what if i was to unplug the vacuum hose and hold the manifold so there is no leak and rev it and it sounds the same as it would with it plugged in. it used to sputter but once it hit boost it hit boost now once it hits boost it sputters and my A/F raito goes to like .94 when sputtering.

Only sure way is to put a gauge on it. I have never had a regulator die on me. Several pumps and a fried computer that made the injectors go crazy but never a regulator.

Sounds like you're running rich all the time possibly causing your issues because with the vacuum source off the FPR it should lean out slightly in the top because its a 1:1 ratio. So instead of increasing 1 psi of fuel pressure per 1 psi of boost its just staying static. With it unplugged it should be slightly richer in vacuum and leaner in boost.

well i am using the stock ka24de fuel pump and idk after i pounded it one time it doesnt even want to spin tires at all it takes supa long to rev up to like 4k and then when i pop it it just sputters now.......... wtf and after it has been pounded it drives like **** and the af gauge is super rich. and if i put it in neutral quickly after, it dies out but starts back up right after like a champ. lol im glad i can make it too work lol.
