does anyone know how to change the pre-cat. on 02 altima 2.5 auto

i was thinking about changing my pre-cat , simply because i been hearing problems from altima owner that the filter will get loose and particales will go into your engine.... can someone help me if i can change it myself or give it to a shop to install....????
