So we did some Violent Running Cycling last night for a good 10 miles. My legs feel like they are still riding.

i guess VRT could be an acronym for Violent Riding Tribe. is that thing a fixed cassette? now you can practice trackstands while you stand around at the track. PS: baseball cards in the spokes or GTFO.

Yup I plan on bringing my fixed gear bicycle to track events. So when my car breaks down I can just ride 30 miles home. 100 miles if at WSIR. Pokemon cards will probably enter my spokes. I need to look up tutorials on how to install cards on the spokes right now.
