RS-R springs are very tight and could be uncomfortable.. but as for like quality i hear they are good.. they dont lower is alot either.. TEIN doesnt have the best of springs.. they only lower is like .9 inches and there not that tight. Best two springs for our cars is most likly the Eibach Proline and H&R Springs. The sportline slams the car hardcore and is probally not good for daily driving.. hope this helps

the RS*R springs are linear compared to the Tein,H&R, and Eibach, who all make progressive prings. I prefer a linear spring my self they will be comfortable daily driving but preform better

Are you talking about the Down or Race springs?

Also, here's some helpful info....S13- RS*R Down springs (F=1.6"; R=1.2" 3kg each) RS*R Race springs (F=1.4" 5kg; R=1.2" 4.2kg) S14- RS*R Down springs (F=1.0"; R=0.6" 3kg each) RS*R Race springs (F=1.4" 5kg; R=1.0" 4.2kg)

The RS*R Down springs run at $225 at Phase2Motortrend. Damn good price for what you get. What I like about the Down springs is the spring rate is greater than the ProKit or Whiteline springs, but aren't too harsh (like the 5kg Race springs). Just seems like a better drift/autox/street setup...

5/4 isnt that bad.. i run a 12/10 combo on the street... as long as he gets ajustable dampers such as the AGX and keeps the damper low it will be a nice ride...

also i am stuck witha sky high dampning rate... you get used to it.. every thing else fell too soft now for me...
