Does anyone know anyone that lives in Tokyo?

Well, its done.. I bought my tickets to Tokyo and Im going from Dec 31st till Jan 12th! Tokyo Auto Salon, here I come!

Now... I just need somewhere to stay...

I have a bunch of hostels, and cheap hotels lined up but Im just hoping there is the off chance that someone knows someone there, that might be able to hook us up with free accomodations!

There are 3 of us in total and I know thats a lot to ask, but even if we could meet someone there that knows the city that would be great.

I have a friend who's there for an internship with Fuji (engineer) until the end of december. He's a lucky guy...

is it possible for him to order stuff from Nissan of Japan just as easy as us ordering stuff from Nissan NA?
