Or does anyone have a friend that works at one?

I need a service estimate for my credit card company so I don't have to pay Dobbs Honda for the crap work that they did. I originally got one from Majestic Honda in Rhode Island, but it didn't have a letterhead so my credit card company wouldn't accept it. Basically, it needs to be a printed service receipt or something, and then scanned in/faxed.

The service would be for a 1997 Prelude:
Head Gasket, rebuild head
Timing Belt
Water Pump
Vtec solenoid gasket
Vtec manifold gasket
Fuel Filter

I would try a section of NICO that has a larger sample to choose from...
