Not sure how different the ride will be, sine your car is equipped with sport suspension already. But going a size down should help a little. Depending on the state of your original wheels and tires, you might be able to trade the 19's for the non sport 18's + cash.

The only that I would warn you about is that the OEM 18" tires, Goodyear Eagle RS-A are terrible. Going from a summer RE050A to the crappy RS-A would be a bad serious step down in dry/wet performance.

Check the Infiniti classifieds. There is guy (Steve somebody) on here that has a set of 18's for sale.
