DOES ANYONE HAVE A IDEA ABOUT THIS??

My 2006 path. makes a slight click sound when after changing to second gear. It only makes this sound after cranking up and taking off. It does not make the sound again till the truck is cut off and then cranked up again and you drive off. It only makes it that once no matter how many miles you drive stopping and going. The truck has to be cut off and cranked and drove before it makes the sound that one time. It does not sound like a transmission problem. It is still under warranty. I just want a idea before I carry it to the nissan place. One more thing...You can tell the sound comes from under the truck somewhere near the transmission.
