Does anyone else get water in their tail lights?

I was changing my right rear turn signal on my 89 hatch and I noticed a tiny little puddle of water inside my turn signal light... Has anyone had this issue and remedied it? Let me know

remove tail light housing. get water out. allow to dry. reseal housing to body when reinstalling.
