Does Anyone Do S13/S15 Fender Conversions, N Cal or S Oregon

I was thinking of doing a front conversion on my 1991 240SX Hatchback. If possible, I'd like someone with experience to do it so, if anyone out there has had success cutting and welding together the front fenders (S13 and S15) and all that, let me know. I live near Eureka in Northern California. So if anyone can do it or give me a referral, that would be great. If anyone has seen one that has been done with stock S15 parts on a hatchback and no body skirts, any feed back on that would be great too. Thanks.
