I would like to swap the clutch on my s14 but i dont have a transmission jack or a good level place to work. My car is going to the shop for a gov safety inspection next week and wondering if I should get them to do my clutch/flywheel.Does anybody know how long it takes to swap the clutch in an s14?

transmission jack? drop the s*** onto your chest and roll it off. a shop will probably charge anywhere from 2-300 for labor.

I hate having shops do work for me, so you have no where to work on your car? friends house? If you do your research and be careful, do everything right its not that hard to do a clutch. If you do it yourself, you could do it in a weekend most likely. I think me and my friend did one in 6 hours roughly.
