Is it worth $850? Were there any noticeable gains?

From what I understand intake manifolds are more beneficial if you have forced indution. On an engine without a turbo you might be good for something in the neigborhood of 10 hp at the most. I'm sure someone with more experience with this will chime in soon with more info.

yep..not too much of a gain..some even say there has been some power loss..i would def love to upgrade to that particular intake manifold but they run so much like 800-900..IF i had the money, but then again my exhaust cost about the same and didnt give me the same performance the intake manifold would have

wow.....dont spend that much on an intake.....a $150 Fujita will give you the same power gains as that thing. The only difference between intakes is the noise it makes.

wait, what?

an intake manifold is used to evenly distribute incoming air into each respective cylinder... helps to increase efficiency and also increase performance
