i've had them for over a year and had no problems whatsoever. when i had a hard time gettign the dsl line to work they were able to help me out rather quickly. hope that helps

Im baffled by EL. Their DSL service is 1mbit and $99/mo. AT&T is $20.

Ummm?? Earthlink just quoted me 6 Mbits/sec downlink, 768 kbits/sec uplink, called their High Speed ADSL service, for $39.95 a month ... sounds decently priced.

I will check out AT&T too. Thanks!
