Just wondering. I hear this highpitch type noise. I look over and its a black G35 with exhaust!
Does any exhaust make the G35 sound like an F1 car?

Not unless it is a V10 or V8 revving to 19K rpm.

There are no cars or anything you can add to any car short of a nice stereo system playing a good quality recording of an F1 car that will make it sound like an F1 car. Their sound is quite unique.
High pitch whines would indicate forced induction. Possibly even a turbo.
