Does an '01 PF with manual transmission have a power valve?

Does an '01 PF with manual transmission have a power valve? I sure can't find the actuator
mechanism.

To answer my own question: No, an '01 manual transmission PF does not have a power valve.

Page EC-27 of the '01 PF FSM shows the vacuum hose routing. It has a full drawing of the A/T
engine that clearly identifies the power valve actuator, and an inset that shows the same
part of a M/T engine. No power valve actuator in the M/T drawing.

Well, that's one more reason to own a stick.

They make aftermarket clutches and s*** for the 5spd trans the 01 came with? In the future im looking to maybe do a 5spd swap.

I don't have the foggiest about aftermarket clutches. I put a new Nissan clutch in mine at about 120K miles.

BTW, I've heard reports of a few '02s with manual transmissions.

Hmm, ok, what i need to find out, is like for example the powervalves and stuff and other things the engine has built in to support the automatic trans, i dont think putting in a 5spd would work and stuff, im thinking i probably need the 3.5 engine they used for the ones with the manual trans as the auto trans engine has other crap id probably have to get rid of or bypass.

Sucks if im right.
