Does a Z32 300ZX clutch fan work on a G50 Q45

Would a clutch fan from a 1990-1996 Nissan 300ZX, 1996-2000 Pathfinder, Pick up truck fit on a 1990-1993 Q45? I ask because they look very similar, But I am not sure if the put out the same CFM's.

Ive wondered this myself also with the Y33. The only thign I can think of is how the clutch works in the clutch fan I assume they may be motor specific. The blades I would assume wont matter as much so those might work. I could be wrong hopefully someone else can chime in
