Does a redtop SR20DET ECU have a speed limiter?

I was wondering what the speed limiter, if any, is for a red top SR20DET.

yes, around 116-117 if i recall.

yep used to hit all the time at 115 or so....

Thanks. I drove an s13 coupe with a red top swap, and it's supposedely stock besides the intake, FMIC, downpipe and exhaust. I guess the ECU has been modified too

I got a sr20 swapped 240sx and it had some wiring issues "5 busted wires" before i fixed those wires i had unlimited rev and unlimited speed...now after going through the harness and i have a 7500rpm limiter and have yet to see if i have a speed limiter...hope i dont have a speed limiter

190 KPH is whne myne kicks in, for a car that can go over 265 Kph thats quite a handicap (when there was a SLD ,speed limit defencer)

yea I dont have that prob anymore cause I have a mines tuned ecu
