It absolutely works!! Long story what happened but I used a heat gun on a surface scratch about 4 vertical inches by 1/4" from a door and the issue is gone. There have been other very minor dings/scratches that I can't even locate now. Does not work in the winter unless you use heat.

PS. Empty nester and packaging sales manager and back seat has really been a non-issue (95/5). Best driving car I've ever owned.
