As ^^^ said...they make a version for a VLSD, and one for open diffr (KAAZ does, at least)...so order the correct one.

And VLSD doesn't suck...great for street, great for auto-x and road course.

...but clutch type is best for drifting, and not so great for road course IMO.

VLSD gets a bad rep from the "dRIft" crowd becaue they wanna seem hardcore...when it's still 200% better than open diff.

clutch type isnt that bad for road racing unless your running a 2 way, thats a little much for road racing. way too much lockup on decel. i run a kaaz 1.5 and have no problems grip racing.

My only problem with VLSD is that it's not that predictable. It's better than open diff by a longshot, but it's still a bit "spongy," in that there's a certain zone it will begin to take effect, but it's not that precise.

Also, they like to fry and quit working if you're not careful, at which point you're just left with a regular open diff. At least you know a more mechanically based differential will always work, or give a VERY audible clue that it's screwed.

You can reach them at 1-888-522-5229. Kaaz usa

No joke either I swear that's not the number to a Papa John's in Cali haha

-_-;;;;; I can't believe I have the number for Kaaz in my cellphone.

btw they will probably pricematch for you if you find a decent deal on a website. Driftfactory has 'em as well, in the open diff version I believe. Have fun
