I just take my car to the dealer. They didn't say anything about my intake and exhaust, etc...

Adding mods will not void your warranty.

If you need a part replaced under warranty, the only way a modding your car would hurt you is if Nissan could prove that a modification you made directly caused the breakdown.

So go for it!

Here in the states, It's called the Magnuson Moss Act. My brother works at the Nissan dealership where I bought my car. every time I bring my car in for something, they can't wait to see what I've done to it.

if I know they are taking my tires and rims off I'll change to my stock rims. I don't want the rims accidentally scratched. Also I have Rays black lug nuts which start to look like crap after the use the guns on them.

YOU GUYS MUST BE DEALING WITH HONEST STRAIGHT UP TECHS AT THE DEALERSHIPS, BECAUSE THE DEALERSHIP I HAVE TO DEAL WITH (Bayridge Nissan in Brooklyn NY) are just looking for a reason to void out a warrantee

you have some dirty techs there, I'd stop going to that location. It's not the Techs call as to what is or isn't covered under warranty.

I don't switch back to stock at all. Well, with the turbo, I don't take it in. However, before the turbo, I never put anything else back to stock.

This is correct. I take my car in and they love what I have done to it. I even asked them about how modding effects my warranty and they said exactly this.
