Do you know what these white spots on the driveway are?

I got some kind of power cleaner you mix with water from my mechanic that was supposed to clean up power steering fluid stains on my driveway(which didn't work, he says I used too much water)and these white things popped in places the fluid didn't spill. I googled it and can't find an answer. Does anyone know what they are and how to get rid of them? And no, it's not bird poop.

You could try some Concrete floor cleaner. Homedepot should have that or Walmart for a less aggressive cheaper alternative.

Probably will need a pressure washer to remove the spots.

They just appeared today though. How did this soap unearth these spots? What are they?

What was the power cleaner that was used? Is it possible it's just old white paint that had grimed up over time and the cleaner exposed them?

I've had perfectly acceptable results using a very old technique: pour kitty litter on oil stains; let it sit overnight to fully absorb and then sweep it up the next morning.

No paint stains. Power steering fluid has had ground up kitty litter on it for 5 days now. I checked a spot earlier and the stain is still there.
