HELP!!

I need help guys. I purchased my front clip with the MAFS and turbos already removed. I fear I am missing some parts---oil lines, water lines, I-bolts, and air piping. Does anyone have any detailed shots of the exhaust side of the RB26? Specifically, I need shots detailing the oil and water lines at the turbos, how/where/with what I-bolts these lines connect to the block, how the lines connect to the turbos, how the OEM pressure lines run, the suction and exhaust piping at the turbos, etc.

Hey JayZ, where in GA are you? Wouldn't by any chance be in the ATL, would you?

Get the R32 GTR engine manual.. it's online. It'll tell you everything you need to know.

Hey!

Yeah, I have the R32 FSM, but it's only a limited help for determing the eye bolt nomenclature and etc. Plus, the copy that I have was obviously scanned in, so the pictures and figures leave a little to be desired. If the FSM called out each eye bolt with a size and length, it would be a whole lot easier, but the only thing they call out is the torque specs. Doesn't help me much with five or six different eye bolts sitting in a box, and at least four missing.

My brother took these pic's Scott. This is the first time I've looked at them. I will take some of the piping back off so you can see alittle more detail.

I snapped a coupple pics for you as the camera was going dead.

This is the watter and oil input lines which have been removed from the turbos. These bolt onto the turbo housing. 1 per turbo. You can see the in the pics above but his are still mounted to the turbos. Next pic is the in water feed line for both turbos. This bolts onto the rear exhaust side on the block. This is the oil feed line for both turbos. It bolts into the middle of the block on exhaust side. It uses the smaller bolts. Then this big joker has vaccum lines and also has water return line. It bolts onto the exhaust side upper part of the motor and wraps around the rear of the head.

Just a little update on my Rb26 project. We have found bad shaft wear near the turbine wheel on one turbo. We are going to upgrade from the OEM TE27 to the GT28 dual ball bearing turbos and do a complete rebuild of the block. Carnage pics ...

Let me know if you need more details or pics ......
