Do you have aftermarket speakers using OEM speaker wires?

It's a PITA to run 14awg speakers to my front doors.

I have 6.5" Diamond Audio speakers putting out 170W RMS.

Will this ok if I tap the 14awg wires to OEM speaker wires going out to the door without frying the OEM wires?
