I'm about to purchase the Top Hat motor mounts. Now I've heard these things work great. But then I've heard that I can't use the trans mount, and the steering is too close to the dp, ect. Whats the truth?
Now the cooling... Has anyone done a v mount? I know I've seen a couple before, but I can't seem to find where it was. I'm not sure if it going to be worth the trouble of fabbing it up, but it will give me more room for the intercooler and radiator fans, right?

The RB engines are considerably longer than the CA, SR, and KA engines and leave very little room between the top of the radiator support and the front of the engine. For this reason a v-mount IC would be impractical, if not impossible. I can't recall having seen this done on an RBed s-chassis car before.
