I doubt it. Too much curb appeal, and importation costs wont be dropping. If anything, I figure the imports will see value increase.

The reason the imported skylines are so expensive is because of the market. It is a very tight niche market. Even when the GTRs land on American soil and everyone craps their pants at how awesome they are, that still wont take away at the Skyline Import market. The person that wants and imported Skyline wants it for its rareness and its a tuner and aficionado vehicle. The GTR will only fill 1 of those markets for now, that being the tuner market. Hence the Imported Skyline Market should not suffer, which will keep prices inflated.

man I am so tired of the moniker "tuner car". It annoys me like "extreme sports" for the same reason; it makes a simple commonplace thing seem extraordinary.

I agree, tuner is played out and all the kiddies love it when they can call a car with a pep shop boys wing a "tuner" car. Yet nonetheless its here for a little while longer and it holds a place in the market untill something else comes along.
