Heh, this reminds me of a car my friend was telling me aboot.

He was at some drag strip and was working on his car and a couple cars down was a 240, in that color that was all beat up and had a GTR badge and some nasty wheels, so him and his friends were laughing at it and making fun of it between themselves.

Well, come time to race, the 240 lines up, the lights go down and they watch him cut like a 2.6 60' (baad), then they hear the turbos spool, and watch that beater put down a 12.8.

When he pulled into the pits, they started talking to him, popped the hood to find an RB26 under the hood (hence the GTR badge). Needless to say, their jokes ended there.

An RB warrents a GTR badge!;) I was kinda wondering about the muffler on this S13.Do you think it is just for looks or does it work?

that is really sad. I guess he fell for the whole "JGTC cars have ehaust pipes above their rear bumper" myth. So many people I know think this and dont realise that those two silver circles are not exhaust pipes but fuel filler doors. Hmmm i think he is gonna feel kind of dumb once he realizes his error.

Well at least hes got a reason to put the GT-R badge on, theres too many idiots out here with that thing on. I seen soo many maximas, altimas, sentras, etc. with it on and yet the car remains completely stock minus some rims and possibly an intake. Thats whats sad to me.

You should see the Mischief 3000 video. In the bonus scenes there's a guy with a v6 mustang with a gt-r badge on it. The guy actually tries to tell the camera man that it's a rare 2000 edition mustang with a turbo rotary that has headers and pistons and it runs 11's at the track. I can't believe how stupid this guy looks, it's the funniest **** I've ever seen.:bash

its the orgional one.... at menu screen the tek. badge is at the bottom right corner highlight and hit play

I may be wrong but I do believe that Ford made a production Mustang with GTR badges.I read it on some other board.I will do some searching and get back to ya.

BTW: when I started this thread it was in no way ment to bas other car owners,I was just wondering if the muffler from the trunk was real or just some sort of silly eye candy.
