according to APS both their single and twin turbo kits fit but require an upgraded torque convertor to keep form killing your trans, I suspect most kits will fit but require the trans upgrade, just decide what kit fits you best then look up the manufactureer and find out if it'll fit before buying, also any respectable retailer should hbe happy to help you locate the kit that fits your best

Aside from the transmission upgrade, i would think the FMU/ECU will have to be done specifically for the auto model, since the timing setup is slightly different on auto's and i don't know if the FMU/ECU they supply will pull the timing accordingly on auto models.

Turbonetics @ TurboneticsInc.com has a single turbo kit for the manual and automatic Z that comes with everything and no need for an ECU upgrade, the package comes with instructions for having the stock computer reflashed. The kit increases 163hp from stock! Under $5000 on TurboKits.com

Like most people are saying you most likely will need the stillen valve job upgrade to keep it from blowing up the transmission.
