Do they make high intensity LED replacement lights for The Brake, Reverse, and Rear Turn signals? The reason I ask is because I'm interested in fogging/smoking the rear light panel for that 3rd gen fd look, but I fear the standard bulbs are to weak to shine through bright enough.

PS if they do does anyone know the replacement part numbers?

I know they make LED bulbs that plug into standard parking light or turn signal sockets. I dont know how bright they'll be if you smoke out the lenses, though.

here is something to considerfor the actual tail and brake lights (on a s14 anyways) the sockets for the bulbs are at an angle. they do not point the bulb directly to the rear of the car. they actually point the bulb to the side for some reason. if you get LED lights for the tail and brake lights you would want them to face directly to the rear of the car because the LED is brightest when you look at it head on. i was going to buy the bulbs for my s14 but then i realized that might not work too well. as for the third brake light, i think LED would work fine. i plan to do that to mine just as soon as i get some money to spare.168/194 will work for the third brake light1156 and 1157 for the tail light and for the brake light. those are for s14 but i think they might be the same for a s13.

for the taillight and the brake light? they make stock replacement. i dont think you are gonna get something any brighter. of course you could try a bootleg job and move the sockets so they point directly to the rear of the car. i'm gonna see what i can do with myc ar like that.

BLANKING OUT THE LOWER TURN SINAL AND MAKING THE OUTER MOST RED LIGHTS BLINK4.) REPLACING THE REVERSE LIGHTS WITH HIGH-INTENSITY LEDS5.) LEAVING THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT STOCK6.) i put some LED's in my center panel of my S14.. came out alright.. I am going to swap out the LED's for some brighter ones... I just have not gotten any time to do so. I am then going to fabricate some LED's in the brake and turn signals as well... but I don't knwo when I will get around to do that...

Brian... you saw my LED's formt he back during the day.. How did they look??

they didnt look good because it was during the very bright california sunshine so i could barley see them.

yea, that's wht I thought... also the LED's that are in there are not that bright... I got some new ones and they should be better.. I just need to put them in...

nope.. not yet....=( it's been 2 weeks now... I hope it's done this week though... They are gonna start the wiring today I think...
