Where would one be able to purchase this Nav update?
For Ronez, I tested 3 different m45's before buying mine. One of those was a silver M45 with dark interior, dark wood grain and navigation so I know they exist. The only thing this one didn't have that mine does is the wood shifter (MUCH nicer than the leather knob) and chrome wheels (adds a lot of value to the looks of the car).
In short, yes, they exist but you may have to search for a darker color car to get it.
@ phil, that is an after-market option. It was in one of the cars I tested and it had started peeling off and looked really tacky Make sure you maintain yours else it will just cheapen the interior.
