do these wheels and tires fit?

hello, im a newb about car and stuff so please help me.

i recently bought a 95 s14 BASE model with BRAND NEW 15'' tires. i dont like the look of the hubcaps so i decided to buy new wheels. i dont know if the tires i currently have will fit onto the new rims that i am going to buy.

yeah, my budget is really low so i can only afford cheap and un-brand name rims ; ;thank you, hope i get a reply soon.

you dont want those offsets. for the same price, you can probably find something better looking with better offsets too.
