Stay away, they will cost more in the long run, they would only last a few months if that i would guess. then another engine pull and new turbos again... at least go with the garrett ones.

I would look for power elsewhere as opposed to waisting money on cheap chinese turbos. Stock turbo's can make decent power with proper mods.

This. Once I get my FMU system installed(instead of injectors) and a good tune, I should be around 400whp. That's with forged internals(had to do a rebuild, not really a power adder tho), ported stock manifolds, ported and polished heads, lightweight pulleys and full turbo-back exhaust. It's really all about letting the stock turbos breath easily.
However, our "Shanghai" turbo kits for the Miata use Chinese turbos and out of the 100 or so we've sold, we've only had three documented failures...IMHO, on a VG30DETT the turbos are just WAY too hard to reach to make a gamble on such an expensive part. If you must cut corners on a build and get cheap Chinese parts from Ebay, at least do it on something less critical/easy to replace...for instance, I'm getting an Ebay radiator for my Z. I plan on cleaning up the welds and pressure-testing it before I install it though.

OP, why don't you try it out and get back to us. I personally would use these on a miata, a 240, a honda, or anything else where the turbo requires minimal time and effort to remove, but having pulled the engine on my Z 3 times in it's life I don't want to ever have to pull it because I cheaped out on turbos.

+1 to what the others have said.

There are better things you can do with the money rather than cheaping out on turbos which will cause you to have to pull the engine again just to change them out for new ones which you will have to buy. Just save up and buy the real deal or buy other mods.
