I'm in the market for a new iPod and I'd love to get the new iPod nano, but I'm concerned as to whether or not it'll work with Infiniti's iPod integration (I have a 2011 G37). Has anybody tried connecting a new iPod nano or iPod touch (or even iPhone 5, basically anything that uses the new lightning connector) to their Infiniti?

Not sure...have you checked Infiniti's website?

Doesn't mention anything. It's extremely vague.

Are you using an adapter to the 30 pin connector?

No, i am using the lightning connector but it wont make a difference. The change from the 30 pin to lighting connector is the way the data is processed. The 30 pin was analog and now the lighting connector is digital.
