DO the headlights adjust on the 01+?? Mine dont beam on the same path

On my 01 qx4, my headlights dont light up the same areas, one is much lower

Is there a way to adjust the headlights beam?

I recently experienced this when I changed bulbs. It turned out that the bulb was not seated flat against the light housing. A piece of the rubber weather shielding was in the way. Check yours out.

As for your original question, i have no idea if you can aim them.

Usually you can aim the headlights with the aiming screws using a phillips head screwdriver. The steps below are for a Pathfinder, but they should be somewhat similar for the QX4 (i think? ). It takes a LOT of turn to see a difference, but once you start turning the screws you will see the difference between the two light patterns.

I know when have the left to right adjustment, you can see it on the sides of the top of your headlights, I dont know if we have the up and down though

The vertical (up and down) is hard to see and somewhat hard to get to. It's near the bottom of the headlight casing near the turn signal. You may have to push some things out of the way, but it should definitely be there.

Interesting sidenote, I don't have a flat wall to aim my headlights on so when I took my car in for some work I had my Nissan dealer do it. When I went to pick it up, the service manager explained to me that there was no up/down adjustment on the headlamp, just the left to right. The day before I had been adjusting both directions (up/down, left/right) easily, I just didn't have anything to aim them on. I don't go to them anymore.
