Is it that difficult?

The cars look terrible. Only the A pillar protects the driver and passenger and it is not enough. Problem should be solved on the trailer side (of course after following ImStricken's advice).

When I think of the 22 year old university student that rear ended me at the traffic light, speeding in a school zone...I think trailer designs should be improved. There will always be someone who will hit a trailer.
