I purchased a set of 4, and 2 leak... Now I have to spend another 300 for a new set, I have tried to open a resolution but paypal gives me error 3400 or something...

Shouldnt you contact them first before you file a complain on paypal? If they dont respond than go fill out a form on paypal. I dont know why you would get a paypal error but make sure you filled in everything and its correct.
