I called on the phone and spoke to a parts guy before placing my order to make sure I was getting the right thing. I was trying to order the OEM Double-Din Center Trim piece to surround my Alpine H/U. I specified on the order form that It had to be for the Manual Climate controls, not the auto/digital climate controls. Well after it took DHL almost 2 weeks to get my order, they sent me the OEM BOSE Center Trim piece for the Auto/digital Climate Controls. Anyways, I e-mailed them 4-5 times now about sending the part back and getting a new one by NOT ONE RESPONSE !! I will have to call them and at this point it is not going to be pretty. I was wondering if anyone here would want the part for the $20 that I paid for it plus shipping. Let me know, and don't use their site. They Suck !!

Can you do that? How does that work? I would probaly have to try by phone first. It's funny that when you order something, they are all over it b/c they are getting your money, but god for bid they respond for customer service for something like a wrong order. The worst part is, I wrote it out clear as day what I needed and even sent an e-mail with a picture attached showing the part. Being a parts distributor, what else do you freakin need !!

same thing happened to me before with a comapany called samsungparts.com

then i realised that there was a jvcparts.com and now a nissanparts.whatever

all the sites were exactly the same, had the same products, the only difference was the logo on the main page.

They kept sending me wrong parts, and then charging me restock fees to return it. bishez

Nissan parts online FTW.

I've had a handful of purchases and a return from them. All no issue, very fast processing on both counts... Use them going forward!

Well..... Funny thing is that is who it ends up being through like someone stated above. You can go to anyones OEM Nissan Parts site and they all seem to go through trademotion. That is who I am dealing with now !!

Well.... Finally after some nasty e-mails today.... I got a response back. They agreed to exchange it and credit me for the shipping. Still..... all in all not a very pleasant expierience.
