Do not buy this Turb

I bought THIS T28 TURBO and first I had to reclock the two halves to get the turbo lines to line up. Then the straw that broke the camels back. The oil pressure feed line is wrong in the thread pitch and not a flare fitting. I highly recommend NOT buying THIS TURBO for a SR replacement.

What are the recommendations for where to purchase a REAL S15 ball bearing Turbo new?

It's a $200 turbo from ebay? What did you expect? At least the compressor wheel didn't immediately shatter and clog your cylinders with metal.

^ OP, cheapest I've seen a new OEM S15 turbo is in the $600 range shipped. I know that Sean at Z1motorsports (a sponsor on here) sells them in that range. GL

Me excuse was I popped my T25 and did not have in the budget to replace it with a new expensive turbo so I went to cheap. Live and learn.
