do j30 parts interchange with 300zx

I was wondering if any one new if the j30 transmission will interchange with a 1991 300zx na

the J30 and the N/A 300zx [90-96] share the same engine and transmission. there respective coputers are tuned differently, but the parts are interchangeable.

so will i have to change the computer or do you know

no, just that the computer is tuned differently due to the differences in weight, ect.

the parts are still the same, with the exception of some components of the intake manifold. the throttle cover says infiniti on one and nissan on the other. the crossover tube is different also, due to the different engine bays.

sensors and such are the same. the injectors use a different plug though.

just dont use a j ecu/tcu in a 300zx and vis versa. not that anything will happen, just the tune is different.

ok cool cause around here there are no 300 zx trannys and i found a j30 in a junk yard here and i didn't want to buy it and it not work in my car cause that would really piss me off

and do all the years interchange

trans code- RE4R01Atrans model- 45x71

unless the TCU connectors are different, which i highly doubt, the trans is mechanically identical. bellhousing, output shaft and all.
