Do internals from g35/350z interchange w/ 2006 Infiniti FX35

I have found quite a few different parts, I am wondering if the internals (injectors and such) from a g35/350z interchange in a FX35? I know its the same engine but I have read on some forums that some stuff will not. Thanks in advance.
