Hello everyone.

I have been reading different forums with different answers. I have a 93 240sx vert. Im looking to put Brembo slotted rotors and Hawk HPS pads. I read that although the Vert didnt come with ABS, I should buy the pads and rotors noted "for ABS". Is this correct?

Thank you for your help?

Antonio

That is correct. Order the ABS ones.

Why is that? Why should you use ABS noted rotors and pads for the vert?

Verts came with ABS sized rotors and calipers. They don't have the ABS module that actually gives you ABS, but the rotors/calipers for ABS are bigger than the Non-ABS ones, so they put them on there when built to give you a little extra stopping power for the slightly heavier Vert.
