Well im putting a set of kyb's on the car for now and on the top of the shock there was a gasket on the old shock, is this absolutely necessary because I cant seem to find it anywhere? If you dont know what im talking about its the gasket that goes on the triangular part on the top of the shock.

nah, I dont think its necessary. But if youre anal about it, they sell rubber sheet thingies that you can cut your own gasket at the parts store.

http://www.courtesyparts.com/b....html 54394 is the part. I thought about getting a set of these when I installed but didn't and haven't had any problems since.

I got mine from Courtesy. I just wanted to prevent metal to metal contact and such. Haven't had any problems since either.

I believe few people on here have a car as clean as 94_240sx's, it's freakin' beautiful. He is right about the metal on metal contact so if you want to do it right and not halfway you should get the gaskets. I'm gonna get some when I get some coils.
