Do i really need an EGR valve for my 92 ka24de?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

for emissions. if u live in CA and try to smog your car without it, goodluck

also brings cylinder temps down and stuff, but taking it off doesnt seem to do much for heat anyways. unless you totally need to remove, leave it on.
