Do I need to take off my bumper?

I wana get rid of those ugly amber turn signals in my a/c.....im pretty sure i gotta take the bumper off to get in there? am i right?

Are you talking about the amber running lights or the literal turn signal bulb? If its just the bulb I'm pretty sure you can reach it from the wheel well or maybe from under the hood. If none of that works I guess you woiuld have to take the bumper off. If you are talking about the amber running light, talk to LBC about getting some fiberglass eyelids painted to match

nah the actual turn signal.....i got those fibreglass in the shop right now gettin painted...wanted to change the signal b4 i put them on

Yea you can go in the wheel well or take of the bumper, your gonna have to do either one cause the only thing you can take out from under the hood is the bulb for the amber strip

thanx man...thats good i can get the bulb from the amber light tho...i think i might do that now and worry about the turn signal later

yea man i just took it out completely cause its an annoying little light i dont need, i double checked you can see the turn signal bulb from inside the hood but the space to take it and turn it counterclockwise is just too small, i tried but i can only fit like two fingers in and its almost impossible to turn it plus it could fall down the bumper .

I actually just did this again today. I took out my blue, clear bulbs and replaced them with chrome, orange bulbs.

Real simple to do, you just need to unscrew the first two screws under the bumper that attach to the splash guard. Once those two are unscrwed, you can just yank out the wheel well guard and bend it enough to fit your arm in.

The clear, blue bulbs, I bought them at this tint shop by my house. The orange, chrome bulbs, I bought them on ebay.

I actually also have a pair of clear, chome bulbs and those clear, blue bulbs that I am willing to sell 10 bucks shipped each.

nah im good on the bulbs man....dude that was alot easier than i expected, i appreciate the input....just changed the signal and put my eyelids on...looks great
