do i need to replace my tensioners if they wobble

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

i checked my tensioners and the top on is okay but the bottom one is a little wobbly. if you stood over the hood on the driver side you could move the plastic lookin piece left and right about a 1/2 inch

how do you know if the chain is off, how many ever teeth there is

Check out jim wolf technology website they have good pics and a step by step on how to put cams in/ shows you where your timing marks are suposed to be. the marks should be oposite eachother and the silver link should be on the marks.
